Jan Smoker

Jan Smoker , a native of Denver, Colorado, moved to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1976 where she met her husband of thirty years. She has three sons, the youngest of whom is a junior at Ball State University. The only thing preventing empty nest syndrome is the dog. She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Indianapolis with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She worked in the accounting department of a large, local corporation when she decided to change direction and went to work for Bruce Allman in 1985. She is active in her church and enjoys taking part in various Run/Walk programs for charity.

Jan works closely with many clients handling their monthly bookkeeping tasks. The rest of her time is consumed with tax return preparation since she is the resident wizard with all aspects of the tax software.
